I made a meat sauce with peas over top rotelle pasta and garlic bread on the side. That was for Mark.

I'm cooking some rotelle for mysef. On top, I'm going to have mushrooms, black olives, diced onion with a generous spoonful of salsa. Sounds weird, but I might be good!
 
Just read an article extolling the health benefits of garbanzo beans (chickpeas). I like them, too, but you do need to watch out for certain side effects. :grin:

I am a big fan of legumes. Mixed with rice they make the perfect protein - just like an egg.
