For lunch today I went to Delicious Kabob in Atlanta, Ga. This Szechuan place has all the local foodies blogging away. This weekend I was in the area and decided to give it a try.

The outside of the place was not encouraging, but the food was awsome.

The rental car looks out of place.

I don't think I have ever had a Blintz. They look very good!

Scroll down to Vegetable Tian. I could insert the picture.
The only changes I made were: I used regular tomatoes, I didn't have Roma and I used Dill instead of Thyme.

Oh oh oh these are eaten in Russia all the time! They're called Blini here and very very tasty. They love eating them with sour cream and caviar.
