What is for Dinner, Wednesday, August 5th?

I made corn on the grill, steamed green beans, and baked breaded zucchini....the squash was a bit bitter, but my son ate it up anyway. Then we had coconut ice cream from the ice cream maker.
Not too bad. I just checked out abook from the library today about cooking veggies on the grill....looks like some good stuff.
