I put a whole Perdue chicken in the crockpot. Will serve with mashed potatoes and carrots.

I'm thinking veal piccata (made with pork cutlets)lol, rice and asparagus. It may change as we have to make a run to Sam's Club and a visit to see my mom.

I took out a bowl of Veggie Barley Soup out of the freezer. Will make a Ham Sandwich to have with it.
