What is for Dinner, Wednesday, March 18th?

I know it's probably stupid to start this so late in the day, but why not.

I'm not sure what I'm going to have just yet. I'll be on my own. I'll let ya know later.

What are you having, or what did you have?

A little kindness goes a long way.

Hard to believe no one has started this thread yet We're having a spicy pan-seared pork tenderloin, baked potatoes, green beans and homemade applesauce.

It was nice weather here today, so I made a rotissorie chicken on the grill with rice and a corn and bean medley for sides.

We had corn cakes topped with smoked salmon, sour cream, and fresh dill. Irish Soda bread from yesterday, and a big fruit salad.

I marinated chicken breasts in italian dressing then baked them. Alfredo noodles and green beans with brownies for dessert. Oldest child came by for dinner so he saved us from having leftovers! ; )
I could give up chocolate but I'm no quitter!

Tacos made from leftovers from tostadas that I made when my family came for dinner on Sunday.
