Darling husband is cooking tonite, and I have orders to stay outa the kitchen.

He's making shrimp egg foo yung . I hope he makes some steamed jasmine rice to go with it, but I'm not saying a thing!!

have beef ribs in oven. been there most of day and not ready till about seven. i have some left over bean mixture. forgot what called. has chillies, onions, tomatoes, bacon and cheese. so will have that on the side. sourdough bread . had hoped to make a pineapple cake but just don't have the energy to do it. will see Dr. tomorrow so maybe i will perk up .

I made spaghetti sauce with the sausage and it turned out a bit spicy - usually they are mild and sweet. I just scramble fried the sausage with onion in olive oil and then added a can of crushed tomatoes and some chicken stock. That was it. No other seasonings because the flavour of the sausage was enough (almost too much for Dad). But it was good.
