still in major drug withdrawal. it is a tiny bit better still nauseated. had a glass of ovaltine about three pm,that may be it.

Left work early tonight due to weather. So I came home and made Panko Crusted Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce. YUM,YUM!!!!
