As MexicoKaren said, I'll be having margaritas and shrimp on the beach with her. She's just the best person and I will miss her terribly. It isn't often you meet someone you are so simpatico with. It's a rare gift and I don't take it lightly. It makes it so hard to leave, Thank you for everything dear Karen. All the help, information and advice will be treasured always. got another corned beef brisket cooking. will serve with cabbage and roots cooked in the braising liquid.

was going to make shrimp. however at the moment i have no water. i use water for a quick thaw of frozen shrimp. so i am thinking i will make breakfast for dinner.

I'm having corned beef and cabbage, and DH is having a corned beef sandwich. He hates cabbage.

i finally dceded at like mid-afternoon- jake cooked us pasta & meatballs. (rigati noodles.) the noodles were great, the sauce was yummy & the meatballs were tasty. we really liked those noodles!
