oh I love those. there are crazy good.Lefse, you know you CAN just make a pumpkin cheesecake!
I like to take a pumpkin pie, dissect it, crust and all, and mix it into a regular cheesecake, fold in the bits and bobs. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD
