Washing Up
I would have to say that I have four dishes that I, & others, would consider my "signature" dishes:
My New Year's Day "Cassoulet", utilizing the leftover Xmas Roast Goose
My "Paella", which includes chicken, turkey chorizo sausage, clams, mussels, squid, shrimp, & lobster
And last but not least, my two most requested potato salads: "Blue Cheese Sour Cream" & "Warm Turkey Bacon German".
