What Oscar worthy dinner are you having tonight? 2-28-16

I'm building a loaded up burrito from mostly leftovers. Flour tortilla stuffed with refried black beans, rice, shredded cheese, roasted chiles, and onions. I'll top it with a little sour cream and Herdez salsa.

May not be Oscar worthy, but it'll use up a lot of leftovers and I do love burritos.

What's on everyone's plate for this evening?

And the award goes to: oven baked panko crusted chicken fingers with honey mustard dipping sauce, and leftover Chinese takeout.

Brown is one of the best colors for foods, so tonight's dinner was a salute to brown. We had broiled kielbasa and deep-fried Tater Tots.

Last year at this time, the snow was over my waist, and I couldn't possibly get to my grill. Today, I was out on the bike, and came back to do some yard work. Thank you, Mr. El Nino.

With temperatures in the low 50's, had to do a grill meal. Dry brined sirloin, along with sesame spinach pasta and asparagus.
