It was another hot day, so we had a cool dinner :cool: I made chilled cucumber soup with lemon juice, dill, mint and pickled salad shrimp. We also had tuna salad and we finished the potato salad from Sunday. These shrimp were delicious - I marinated them with Penzeys Trinidad seasoning and white wine vinegar :yum: 2018-06-26-10-52-51.jpeg
