Last night was corn on the cob, cheese burgers, deli potato salad, and tomato & mozzarella salad

i forgot that DH is working 10-hour days M-F for the summer. After working all day, he didn't want to go to the beekeepers meeting, so I made broiled pollock and stir-fried noodles and veggies. I loosely followed a couple Chinese-style recipe ideas. I'm pretty sure I couldn't repeat this if I tried [emoji38] Served with pickled carrots and daikon radish. I need to make some more of that.
