gonna hafta be honey whole wheat bread, I'm afraid ... anybody have a TNT suggested recipe? Mine calls for part AP flour, and I'd like to stick to whole grains.

I made a pizza with no-knead crust for lunch, and have a cinnamon-raisin loaf in the bread machine.

I have a pan of pineapple-coconut bars in the oven. We'll have them for dessert tonight.

Did you find this already? I have one I can dig up if you haven't.

Just put 2 loaves of plain white bread in the oven. Things should start smelling good very soon. Yum! Nothing like the smell of yeast dough baking.

Alix, that would be great if you have something reliable to share ... I just used the honey wheat in my electric bread book, but it calls for AP flour. It was very heavy when I last subbed all w/w. I am using KAF white whole wheat, if that makes a difference.

Thanks! So I baked some oatmeal breakfast bars with pumpkin this morning ... I'm sure they'd be MUCH better with the sugar that I'm trying to avoid (so I added applesauce and spices), lol!

Apparently I'm baking something today...just don't know what yet. I was sent the cryptic instruction to pick up a package of yeast while I was out on my walk. I'm guessing I'm gonna be making my pizza dough this week... it's fame is rising rapidly... lol.
