Whatcha Eatin'? Wednesday April 4, 2012

I looked high and low but couldn't find a thread for today's dinner, so I guess I will start one.

We will be having chicken Alfredo, and for dessert we will have fresh strawberry shortcake.

Homemade smoked pork, shredded on buns, then corn-on-the-cob, baked beans, iced tea, and, finally, banana bundt cake for dessert.

Glenn's been on the tractor mowing all day (6 acres) and he'll be pretty tired and hungry. The whole meal is one of his favorites.

Shrimp Risotto, if I have time enough to make it. If not, probably some sort of takeout.
