Snowing like crazy out there this A.M. - but not supposed to amount to much more than a few inches...so ! depending on the weather, I'll put up a mess of Chili today........... Dinner will be a lasagna.

Snow???? Send some this way.. we have rain / sleet today. we have not had any snow yet this year.

I hadn't really though about dinner for tonight but lasagna sounds like a good idea for a rainy Saturday. Maybe a 4-cheese one.

This is our first of the season........... last year we had accumulated a total of 24 1/2 " by this time..........even worse the year before..............

We put up lasagna and shells about three times a year, and just pop 'em out of the freezer when needed.

This was just last weekend (Shells Saturday, Lasagna Sunday)

Lasagna sounds good! LT, those look delicious! I'm off to a conference this morning so I might be leaving the dinner decision to Ken. I've got a ham in the freezer that I've been thinking about. It would do nicely for dinner tonight with cheesy scalloped potatoes, and then make several nice meals later this week. Pea soup, brandied chicken with ham, sandwiches...yep, that's decided me. Ham for dinner!

Today I'll be making the semi annual trek to Sam's club. I'll pick up something there for supper. Meals around here have been fairly routine because I've been putting off going but DH has to go to Lowe's today and it's right next to Sam's so I'll have him along to help.

Looks good! I have almost all the stuff to make lasagna. Do you have a recipe for the lasagna?

Oh YUM LuckyT!!

I haven't made stuffed shells in awhile hmmmmmmmmmmmm. LOL

Pork loin roast for dinner sides TBD later.

Seared ocean scallops in a cream, sherry, and green peppercorn sauce over linguini. A light tossed salad.

We have dinner plans out today, going to a local cuban place to meet former coworkers of Kathleen.

I think it is BYOB and I haven't decided if I am BingMOB yet or not.

Whatcha got planned for dinner?

That sure looks like a lot of fun!

I don't know what's for dinner tonight. The missus is out of town. Just me and the dog here (and she's not too fussy). I have a container of homemade kraut in the fridge. I may just have to pick up a veal steak or sausages and do a little German thing.

CP Cuban black beans and rice with smoked ham hock and kielbasa.

I love these creative dinner titles! Makes me want to check in each day to see the next one. :)

My wonderful BFF is bringing me some of her awesome homemade won tons because they are one thing that goes down this sore throat easily. DH is working again and I am going to do him some prawns and fried rice to take.

So sorry you have a sore throat LP. Hope it feels better soon.
I am making chicken and noodles for tonight. Should be good.

Something with an Italian flair sounds very good and easy. Wheels turning, rubber burning.

Lunch – Salad – Red & green butter lettuce, shredded red cabbage, shaved carrots, sliced mushroom cap, tuna, hard boiled eggs, vine tomato wedges and black olives dressed with flax, canola and EVOO oils, red wine vinegar, herbs, sesame seeds, herbs and spices.
