We had a celebration last night and a friend of mine brought us some boneless ribeye steaks. Here's Roadfix quickly searing one of them and posing for the photo op. The sous vide steaks at 130* came out great but I would have preferred them a bit rarer, and so did my friend. I'll try 125* next time.
