I had a bbq with a few friends, was a bit disastrous. Couldn't use the bbq in the garden so had to use disposable and it was rubbish. Then the mayonnaise got smashed on the floor, then we found there was no jerk paste left for the chicken. Was a warm day and I think everyones brains had melted in the heat.

dang pac, i just came precariously close to licking my screen, i heart bbq! I made slow-roasted chicken, pan gravy, homemade dressing, mashed potatoes, balsalmic roasted brussel sprouts, sweet cornbread, and honey butter.

Thanks Pacanas. Actually it comes out of the DO very nice if it is a well seasoned one. I just scooped up two biscuits with a big spoon. The yummy stuff underneath came right up with it! Just a simple flip and it was wonderful. Try it, you will see how easy it is to serve...even while camping.
