Had an amazing sockeye salmon for dinner with a wild rice blend and a big caesar salad. I completely forgot a cooked veggie, but we didn't miss it with the salmon as tasty as it was. Holy wow was it good!

Yesterday we had baked ham with brown sugar on the top, along with biscuits, eggs and I was craving some potato salad so I cooked me some :)
