What's cooking 11/13/10?

We ordered in tonight...I got the vegetable lasagna. It was so large, I think I can make 3 meals out of it! lol
 
Went to my Danish Club's annual "Mortens goose supper". Goose (obviously), browned potatoes, white potatoes, red cabbage (cooked the Danish way), steamed green & wax beans, a few stewed prunes and apple slices, and gravy. Rice pudding with cheery sauce for dessert. My husband found the almond, so he won a bottle of some nice French wine.

Oh yeah, the appetizer was three small Danish open faced sandwiches - shrimp, smoked salmon, and roast beef.

It was yummy. We had a good time.
