We had a late afternoon doctor appointment and then I had to run some errands so dinner was left-over porcupine balls and salad. about 7 PM.

I had leftover baked chicken and white rice, along with an assortment of vegetables, so I made fried rice with soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and garlic. Good stuff.
