After fancy foods on our Western Canada trip I'm ready for good and simple. Pan fried brined pork chops, loaded baked potato's and SousChef's big glorified green dinner salads.
I never seem to be able to get enough greens on a trip. Gah..my system needs my greens!

Dinner was delicious! After eating really high on the hog for 10 days, it was a delight to have simple food by Kayelle, who is an excellent cook!

I made steak fajitas tonight, with bell peppers from the garden. Good stuff
