Had some errands to do, & too tired to cook... So, I picked up made-to-order individual pizzas:

Fresh sliced tomatoes
red onion
Green bell pepper
black olives
mozzarella cheese
fresh basil

Not bad for $5 from Subway.

I made a small pizza in the oven. Not great, but not bad.

Sorry but I just saw this. I've been working a lot -have 2 jobs now, water lines have been broken / lots & lots of plumbing going on, my car was dented / insurance drama. I just haven't had time to thoroughly check over DC. I'll get you that recipe soon. I'm not at home right now it will have to be tomorrow as I don't get off until 11:00 PM tonight. I'm a sharer & I'm happy to give any recipe I can.:-)
