I love going to fast food places once in awhile.. There's nothing wrong with that!

A little kindness goes a long way.

Today I feel like having something light and healthy... I think I will make a salad for dinner consisting of romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado and chicken breast. I think I am going to pan sear the chicken though, with some butter, a bit of olive oil (for the taste), lots of lemon juice, some mustard powder and paprika, a bit of soy sauce... and I will pat the chicken in flour before putting it in so that it will be nice and soft on the outside... Yum!
