I have the begining of an idea but I need to think about it some more.

going to do a brisket of corned beef and the usual veg. easy tasty and can eat off it during the week.

Gonna mix some ground beef and Italian sausage meat and grill burgers for dinner tonight.

holy cow!! i was thinking of doing italian "meatball" burgers (just beef though)

I don't know if the cow that provided the ground beef for my dinner was holy or not. I know it only had about 12% fat content (Nutri-System).

last night I marinated 2 1/2 pounds of deer tenderloin, so will be cooking up fresh batches of bulgogi over the next several days...over brown rice, with some frozen veggies I want to use up..
