I'm still doing laundry and getting ready to clean the bathrooms, so no cooking tonight. Guess I'll order a pepperoni pizza before Monday night football starts!

Leftover smoked bonelss pork ribs from last night. I think I'll put them in toasted sourdough buns with barbecue sauce and slices of red onion and tomatoes. Spinach salad too.

We just had a hell of a T-storm!!

Cubanel peppers, onion, tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh basil, oregano, ground red pepper flakes, sea salt, ground peppercorns, thyme, anchovy paste, hot pepper paste, rosemary, EVOO & grapeseed oil and 3 slices of bread.

Deli chicken and roasted red potatoes. Had an emergency at work and had to go in. I keep telling them I'm on vacation...!

Do you live anywhere near New York City? We just had a strong T storm too.

I made seared ham slices. Apple slices were sauteed in a bit of butter with cinnamon and a sprinkle of sugar. Ears of corn and potatoes au gratin. The apples were wonderful as they were growing on a tree yesterday. I am planning to make some fried apples with biscuits and leftover ham for breakfast tomorrow.
