No, Cat, that's a compliment. My friends love it when I invite them to taste test stuff I have to cook. The nicest compliments I have received are that eating at my house is like eating at a fine restaurant-the food is excellent and the plating is gorgeous. bah! I am just playing in the kitchen!
 
Miso Salmon with Parmesan asparagus and Caprese salad, although the tomatoes really are tasteless this time of year. Come on July 4th for my garden tomatoes.
 
OoohKAY, then. Experiment over. All I did was find a new way to make potato soup.

I had waaaay too much cheese sauce, it browned on top, the sauce "broke", and the potatoes melted. And it thickens up as it cools. I sat down with a bowl and a fork and ended up getting a spoon.

Back to the drawing board.

I actually like it when things don't go as planned. :) Then I can spend time studying my favorite subject, food. :ROFLMAO:
