I made a hashbrown casserole with bacon on the side and assorted vegetables.

Market had lovely swordfish filets, so I picked up a nice large one to split, slathered both sides of it with wasabi mustard & broiled it. Then served it on a bed of soy & toasted sesame seed infused sauteed fresh spinach. A big green salad of mixed organic leaf lettuces from the farmers market rounded things out.
