What's cooking, Thursday, Aug. 13th?

not sure but it will have mushrooms!! i am craving shrooms!!

whats cooking at your house?

Something involving leftover boneless pork shoulder roast. I just wish I had more of the gravy leftover too. It was super! (Seasoned, garlic pork roast fond, red wine, flour and chicken stock.)

I am cooking a beef roast. Probably roasted potatoes and carrots and salad.

Come visit us in Mushroom country. 1 mile away is a "mushroom outlet" where you can buy fresh picked by the handful. button , baby button, cremini, shitake, portabello, inoke, etc.
