If I may say so the sauce turned out marvelous. Dad said so too. DH probably would have agreed but is ending up putting in a 13 hour day and won't be able to taste it until he gets it in his dinner bag for work tomorrow :(

chicken shrimp peanut green and wax bean cabbage stir fry over rice ... lots of garlic and ginger, a little soy, broth, red pepper, szechuan pepper, sesame oil, peanut sauce and fresh scallions.

Dinner is served: scrambled eggs with sweet italian sausage, cubanelle peppers and yellow onions. Tomato salad and crusty bread to dip on the side (i didn't take a pic of the salad).

I'm sorry I didn't see this! What are cubanelle peppers like. I have never heard of them. Are they really spicy? YUMM... eggs with sausage, peppers and onions! You can't go wrong with that mixture! :chef:

This was our dinner. I never had my salmon..... that will be for lunch, as it's already cooked. I'll make a fish wrap or something. The way the chicken pot pie turned out, I had to have some. Sorry for so many pictures!

The crust on that looks awsome!

Tasty-looking, indeed! YUMMMY! lovely picture, too! :chef:

Thanks,

It did turn out quite good, the taste and the pic. I can make better with more time and using the grill. But i normally don't have time for all that so I have been working on this quik and easy way of doing it. I am now happy with the results.

I did film it and plan to put it up on You Tube some time this weekend, perhaps this afternoon.

That looks and sounds tasty msmofet :)

I always use the sausages you get here in Moscow in omelets as they don't taste so good on there own but this gives me another use - scrambled egg :D

Thanks for sharing.
