What's cooking Thursday February 24 2011?

Mixed Salad (butter lettuce, baby red leaf lettuce, baby spinach, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, sliced mushroom & tomato) dressed with basil vinaigrette with tuna salad and egg salad on the side (egg and tuna salads made with ground sea salt, ground peppercorns, mayo, chopped onion and celery added each).

I am actually super excited for dinner tonight! Green Salad with a homemade tomato dressing, homemade clam chowder with cheddar biscuits and then macaroons with a chocolate ganache for dessert. I have never made my own dressing, soup or macaroons... can't wait to see how they turn out!! :)
Wow, that sounds ambitious. Are you a novice cook? Let us know how it all turns out.
 
Went out tonight but before I did I made some Asian style chicken stock. In the next few days I will have to cook something.
 
It's pot roast for us tonight. I started it in the pressure cooker and then slipped it into the crock pot so that it will be hot when dd and dh are ready for dinner.
