I could go for some of that right now! That is my kind of meal! I think it's fun to use leftovers to create another meal, especially when it's totally different than the previous night! I don't like to waste anything.

Yeah that's one thing I've noticed since I've got back into my cooking - nothing ever gets wasted and the fridge is always interesting when it comes to creating the next meal
