After all its not my fault I ate to much!

I didn't think there would be so much fish left over from the flounder I cooked last night. It was pretty small. So tonight I think I'll make some fish salad with the leftovers. I have some celery, some more baby leeks, cucumber, maybe some summer squash. sounds pretty tasty....

Sure 'nuff does! I have cinnamon ice cream for dessert.....

We are always having dinner for lunch because of DH's schedule so he was home today and we had breakfast for dinner, just to be different! Pancakes, eggs, back bacon and regular bacon.

I had cinnamon ice cream for dessert while they drooled into their no-sugar added (Dad) and soy (DH) Vanilla varieties. Me bad!
