I made a tuna casserole kinda thing, but in a skillet. My oven is being flighty (and it was recently fixed! ). It had rotini pasta, tuna, carrots, onion, green onion, celery, handful of green beans (decided to toss them in and use them up). On the side, plain ol' bread and butter.

It was nothin' fancy, by any means, but it tasted good!
