What's cooking Tuesday October 20, 2009?

I made a tuna casserole kinda thing, but in a skillet. My oven is being flighty (and it was recently fixed! :mad:). It had rotini pasta, tuna, carrots, onion, green onion, celery, handful of green beans (decided to toss them in and use them up). On the side, plain ol' bread and butter.

It was nothin' fancy, by any means, but it tasted good! :)
 
I had a bdya dinner last night...my Dad made his famous spareribs with Tobasco sauce, Chicken macaroni from Warly, my Mom made Red velvet cake for me,. SOme friends of mine made dumplings and ordered cold cuts from the local deli and some cocktails and champagne..It was a feast and a bday i will always remember.;)
