SO and I wanted fish. We decided to try out a fish market/restaurant in town that some have raved about. Our intent was to buy a couple of pieces of fish to cook at home. When we got to the market, we saw a display case full of not fresh fish at very high prices.

From there, we went to a newly remodeled better supermarket to check out their fish. Nothing we wanted was fresh looking except the scallops but we were planning a scallop dinner for next week with guests, so we passed.

Bought some potato salad at the deli counter, made a tossed salad and grilled a couple of burgers. There is ice cream in my future.
