I'm making salisbury steak with roasted, seasoned new potatoes (garlic, basil, chives and salt) and veggies on the side.

Everything looks/sounds fantastic.

We had asparagus omelet with side of tomato between food prepping for tomorrow.

Pumpkin in the oven, Apple pie is cooling

made the butternut squash bisque and the turkey broth for tomorrow

had steak and Hayman potato (an heirloom white sweet potato that is like honey) and delicata squash (very smooth and gently sweet. will be a good stuffing squash)
