I guess I must have!
My eye is much better. I took some Benadryl last night& put some of the gel on it & I think it did the trick. It's still a little puffy but it's not itching & the rash is almost gone so I cancelled my appoint with the doc. Thanks for asking! :D

my own version of an egg mcmuffin sandwich.
scrambled egg w/ cheese melted ontop and then
a pice of ham between two pieces of toast.

Broccoli Frittata, OJ, and coffee. I bought a huge bag of broccoli florets at the supermarket on Saturday. I found that if I buy veggies mostly prepared I am more likely to cook with them.

Well, brooksy, I would prefer bacon, etc. But I am trying to behave myself. Scary, huh? I do have a package of bacon that is going to be made into a potato, bacon, and bellpepper frittata later in the week.

mild bell pepper, but you know the hot kind might be good. I have several jalapenos in my fridge. Hmmm, you got me thinking, brooksy!!
