My breakfasts during the week range from simple to nonexistent.

Today it was toasted onion bagel w/cream cheese, some red grapes, and a cranberry juice.

i went to 'murray's bagels' on 6th ave (a.k.a. ave of the americas) and had a sausage breakfast sandwich on a good ole new york style bagel. ahhh gotta love it.

on my way to work i always stop and pick up a coffee and maybe a bagel or something. today i stopped at 'grey dog cafe' on carmine and picked up a coffee and an egg and sausage omelette. it was great. this city's spoiling me. ;)

Washed it all down with a huge mug of milk

For our breakfast today, I took some of Zingerman's chocolate/cherry sourdough bread and made french toast out of it. I also had some bacon -

the choc/cherry french toast was delish - very rich though.
