What's for Din-Dins Tonight Wed 25th?

I believe it is a double sirloin. I think it was a continuation of the idea that the loin was knighted and became Sir Loin, the double loin roast became a Baron.
 
Like many terms that have been abused for marketing purposes, baron of beef has different meanings.

It looks like the early meaning of the term was a 'double sirloin'. That is, the sirloin on both sides of a steer joined in the middle by the backbone. Picture saddlebags.

Now it has become a commonly used term for a top sirloin roast as LP said.

Dinner - Pan fried boneless pork loin chops & pan gravy, Kraft home style mac and cheese sprinkled with bread crumb topping and steamed and buttered fresh broccoli.
