I picked up some really nice store-marinated Lemon Pepper catfish fillets, dusted them with some flour, & sauteed them in some extra-virgin olive oil. Served them with a side of purchased fresh cheese-filled spinach tortellini, lightly buttered & topped with some grated fresh parmesan cheese.
