What's for Dinner At your house, Thursday, Oct. 1st?

I honestly don't know, but I have many ideas! Everything from a pasta dish to Toad in the Hole. I'm serious, and I have some great italian sausage to use for that.

What are you (or plan on) having?

If I get my new mixer with attachments today then homemade pizza. If not...chicken something. Probably cacciatore cuz I'm feeling lazy.

Probably leftover stew and pasta - Dad will take stew, DH will take pasta and I will probably have both!

I have no idea what to fix. It feels like I've been in a cooking rut since moving to TX.
I can't make my husband eat broiled salmon again (or can I?). I need to hit the grocery.
