You're so sweet, Frank. My DH would have driven to Mickey D's where they're on sale for 2/$3.33.

I did think about it though she prefers the BK ones and that is a much longer drive and is more pain than hitting the store and making things up at home. As a treat I even buttered and toasted the buns.

She has had 3 long days at work and I suppose she kinda might deserve a little break and something sorta nice.

Had a lot of coconut milk and asparagus.
Made some asparagus coconut souffle, coconut chicken breaded with panko crumbs, coconut rice, and asparagus with coconut bechemel sauce

I haven't been on here in a few days.. so, I'm catching up.. lol

Friday night, I made beef patties with gravy, green bean casserole (not the soup kind) and baby carrots.

Whatever is on the menu, we're eating out tonight for our 16th. anniversary.
