I made fresh salad (rarely use bag-of) and asparagus. Bought the fried flounder and sea scallops; cooked the ready-made crab cakes from Trader Joe's. Steamed up a generous portion of Maine clams. Cheated on the starch and baked a tube of Pillsbury biscuits. Only the biscuits have left-overs. We probably won't need to eat tomorrow...but we will!

This dinner looks so healthy. I so want to have fish soon. I'm so tired of the "heavy" meals we have been having. I would have to make salmon, though, because that is the only fish Mark will eat. Your tuna, zucchini and carrots look so good!

What a comfort meal! I love crusty bread. The Safeway near me has a great bakery with delicious breads. That is so rare for a grocery store.

I went to the store for salmon, but changed my mind while standing at the fish case.
