I just finished my dinner, we had baked chicken breast and a salad.

What everyone else having tonight?

Just Dad and I...and a big curling game on TV! So I think it will be hot dogs or pizza.

Pan fried poke chops, a twice baked potato and Thai pickled cucumbers.

Breaded fish filets, baked potato wedges, and mac-n-cheese. And yet again, my potato wedges stuck to the pan and half of them fell apart.

I got into this series of books awhile back about life in South Carolina and through the 9 or 10 books they talked a lot about food. One of the characters was trying to make the perfect oven fried potato wedge! I think I know which volume it was in and will gladly seek it out. There is also an incredible recipe for an "Orange Marmalade Cake"

we had pizza, and later while watching Ohio State, it will be peppermint vanilla ice cream for dh and pop corn for me

Chicken and bacon ravioli

baked potato with bacon and cheddar cheese on it. oh! and butter of course. been fighting low blood sugar all day. it is up but i need more carbs.

Curling doesn't start until 7 tonight so I was able to make ham steaks with grilled pineapple slices. Dad had salad and I had some wonderful first-of-the season asparagus!
