I made Frijoles Charros (Cowboy Beans) in my Instant Pot yesterday and served it with jalapeņo cornbread. I put together my own recipe after looking at several, using homegrown tomatoes and a jalapeņo and homemade chicken stock from the freezer. It turned out really well.

Trying out a tapas recipe - chorizo in red wine (to have with a rustic roll and spring onions). However, the recipe doesn't say how thick/thinly to slice the chorizo - just "cut diagonally"
So am now doing a google search for similar recipes.
