We have a babysitter so we are going out...I'm thinking maybe Mexican, we haven't had it in a while. We may be living in Mexico but I swear people on this daily thread eat more Mexican cuisine than we do!

it just dawned on me, I don't eat enough fish.
so many times on the dinner thread over the years, people are making or having seafood of some sort for dinner.
I think it's time for me to reinvent my dinner meals
