This looks like something to add to my Things I Have Never Cooked bucket list.

Marinated and seared lamb chops here, with potatoes, fennel and garlic roasted with oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic and oregano, and a salad.

We had beer braised slow cooker pulled pork sliders on fresh baked rolls. Easy and delicious!

Salisbury steaks, baked potatoes and creamed corn with a salad. Yum!

We had a couple of frozen steak and mushroom pot pies from the British store, and some oven roasted fresh asparagus.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but rather by the moments that take our breath away.
