Last night, since my roasted Guinea Fowl extravaganza got bumped to tonight, we just had the last two portions of leftover turkey lasagna from the freezer, along with a nice big green salad.

Not so much tonight. I'm busy getting ready for tomorrow. Breezy made your recipe for potato salad and it's fantastic. I've had to slap hands already. I'm now making the fried chicken, watching a peach pie bake, getting green peppers ready to bake in the morning , making a fruit platter, salsa, doing some almonds , making avocado dip..I hope I make it to bed soon.Oh I have a berry cobbler set to bake too.
