Question What's for dinner, Friday, March 31st?

After a busy week of work, I was not much in the mood to cook. So, I pulled some leftover beef stew out of the freezer, tossed a green salad together, and toasted some sourdough bread under the broiler spread with garlic butter.

What did you have for dinner tonight?

Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.

I wasn't hungry so I just made Paul some eggs.
